ABOUT US

since â€‹2007

A Taste Of Perfection Catering was established in 2007. Chef Mercedes began in the Culinary Field in 2003 where she attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. She graduated in 2004 with an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Culinary Arts.

 

Prior to graduating she accepted a culinary externship with the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada where she was trained in French cuisine. From there she then moved on to pursue her culinary career as a Sous Chef at a Bay Area based Event Catering Company,where she was trained under her Executive Chef for the following 3 years. In 2007 she moved on and accepted a Sous Chef position with ARAMARK Higher Education at California State University. Throughout this experience Chef Mercedes became a Chef compettitor in the ACE Culinary competition for Aramarks West Coast region being awarded the gold and broneze medal 2 years in a row for her creativity and Culinary expertise. 

 

During that time She also worked part time as a Personal Chef perfecting her craft while hosting upscale private events for personal clients family and buisness gatherings.From here A Taste Of Perfection Catering was born. Hosting an array of amazing events.As we are now a newly relocated Atlanta Georgia based buisness, The company was branded on her passion for food and love for the arts! We strive to provide amazing experiences and palette pleasing meals guaranteed to wow your guest.
